I used this company in Moreno valley for a job for one of my customers that couldn't figure out why there brand new heater wasn't working, my customer hired some unknown company to do the install and they didn't even check to see if it worked so they asked me while I was cleaning the carpets if I could figure it out, Well I called advance heating and air and the owner came out within 30 minutes and fixed the problem! It was a simply fix the gas wasn't on but still, i'm so impressed by this companies rigor and speed and honesty with me. 5 Star service. They are my heating and air company for life now! This company went above and beyond the levels of professionalism and customer service. My schedule is hectic but they were so accommodating of my time. They're so professional and considerate. They also explained to me what the issue was and what the repairs entailed. They didn't try to nickle and dime me like other companies had. My AC works great now.
