Advanced Heating & Air Conditioning offers professional indoor air quality solutions, including air purification, duct cleaning, UV light systems, and whole-house ventilation, to improve the air you breathe and enhance your home's comfort. Our customized solutions help reduce airborne allergens, dust, bacteria, mold spores, and other pollutants, creating a cleaner, healthier indoor environment for your family.

Founded in 2008, Advanced Heating & Air was built on a simple principle: treat every customer like family and every home as if it were our own. For over 17 years, we've proudly served homeowners and businesses throughout Temecula Valley and the surrounding communities with honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service.

Leading our team is owner Steve Shettleroe, who brings more than 29 years of hands-on HVAC experience to every project. Throughout his career, Steve has seen the industry change dramatically, but one thing has remained constant—his commitment to doing the job right the first time. His extensive knowledge and passion for helping customers have become the foundation of the company's reputation.

It's very difficult to find an HVC company that first of all knows what they're doing and fixes problems extremely fast and does not gouge
Their administrative support system for identifying exactly what you need is superior
Steve and his team have pulled us out of more than one situation with our Airbnb..
It's OK if you don't use them that way they won't get too big and they'll always be as great as they are lol
